SUMMER BEGINNER CAMP WITH COACH CAM!

Our Beginner Wrestling Camp is designed to give new wrestlers a strong foundation in the sport by focusing on the essential fundamentals and proper technique. Throughout the camp, athletes will learn the basic skills, positioning, and movements that are critical for long-term success, with an emphasis on building confidence through repetition and quality instruction. Each session will include situational live wrestling, allowing wrestlers to apply what they’ve learned in controlled, game-like scenarios. Camp will finish each day with fun wrestling-related games and age-appropriate conditioning to improve athleticism, teamwork, and endurance while keeping the experience fun and engaging!

Whether your child is stepping onto the mat for the first time or looking to strengthen their fundamentals, this camp provides the perfect environment to learn, grow, and to help develop a love for wrestling.

LOCATION: Smitty's Barn, 160 Main Street, Kingston, NH 03848.

CAMP DATES/TIMES: 

Tuesday, August 11 - 9:30-11:00 & 12:00-1:30 PM
Wednesday, August 12 - 9:30-11:00 & 12:00-1:30 PM
Thursday, August 13 - 9:30-11:00 & 12:00-1:30 PM

AGES: open to all beginner wrestlers ages 4-9 (with less than 2 years of experience)

COST: $200 per wrestler

This is open to ALL WRESTLERS. You do not have to be a member at the Barn to attend. SPREAD THE WORD!
